Global Pilgrims At Imam Hussein Holy Shrine

Every year, millions of pilgrims from around the globe arrive at the Holy Shrines of Imam Hussein and El-Abbas (Peace Be Upon Them).

This year, Kerbala witnessed the arrival of over 20 million pilgrims during the Arba'een Pilgrimage alone, while thousands of pilgrims visit the Holy Shrines on a daily basis.

A few pilgrims from the United Kingdom expressed their spiritual experience during their visit to the city of Kerbala.

Abbas and Shabbir Tejani are two brothers from England, who dedicated their time to recite poems and eulogies for the Ahlul-Bait; and especially for Imam Hussein since the age of two. They have travelled around the world to spread the message and love of Imam Hussein in a very unique and exclusive way.

However, when the two brothers arrived at the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine along with their schedule manager Darifa; they were amazed by the spirituality of the Holy Shrines and described Kerbala as the magnet for peace, love, and devotion.

Abbas, Shabbir, and Darifa expressed their delight and commended the Holy Shrine for its establishments and dedication for ensuring the highest level of safety and comfort for the pilgrims of Imam Hussein.
