Iran: Bayinah Center for Intellectual Security Strengthens Academic and Religious Cooperation Through Institutional Visits

The Director of the Bayinah Center for Intellectual and Cultural Security, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, carried out a series of visits to several academic and religious institutions across various cities in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The visits were part of the center’s ongoing efforts to strengthen scientific and intellectual cooperation and to counter extremism.

Sheikh Ali Al-Qar’awi, Director of the Bayinah Center, stated, “We conducted several visits, including to the Warith Al-Anbiya Complex, the Shrine of Lady Fatima Al-Ma’suma (peace be upon her), the Center for Strategic Studies, the Al-Dalil Foundation for Doctrinal Studies and Research, the Doctrinal Research Center, and the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them) Center.”

He added that the visits included meetings with several prominent religious figures, such as Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi, Sayyid Jawad Al-Shahristani, the plenipotentiary representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, and Sayyid Riyadh Al-Hakeem.

During the meetings, Sheikh Al-Qar’awi presented the encyclopedia “Documenting the Terrorism of Al-Qaeda and ISIS,” compiled by the Bayinah Center, along with other publications focused on combating extremist ideologies and promoting a culture of moderation and balance. He noted that religious authorities and scholars praised the center’s intellectual and research contributions, commending its role in exposing the crimes of terrorist groups and defending authentic Islamic values.

He concluded that the meetings emphasized the importance of continued collaboration among academic and cultural institutions and the need to unite efforts to promote true religious awareness and nurture an educated, moderate generation capable of confronting extremism through dialogue and knowledge.
