A Convert To Shi'ism Dedicates His Life To Writing Poems For Ahlul-Bait

Ameer A'dham Khan, became a follower of the Ahlul-Bait 35 year ago in a city north of Pakistan which did not sustain any Shi'ite individual except for himself.

Delegates from the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine Electronic Media Division conducted an interview with Ameer where he stated "I come from a city where the majority of its population follow the Safawi denomination which also highly respects Ahlul-Bait."

In 1979, Ameer began researching about Shi'ism and comparing it with the other Islamic denominations.

After thoroughly examining the dominant Islamic sects, Ameer came to the conclusion that the doctrine of Ahlul-Bait was the most righteous.

It is also interesting to note that ever since he converted to Shi'ism, Ameer dedicated his life to writing poems praising Ahlul-Bait (Peace Be Upon Them).

So far, he has completed a poem collection named the "Path of Wisdom" which sustains 200 poems in the Pashtun language. The collection contains poems that discuss Monotheism, Prophecy, Imamate, the Revolution of Imam Hussein, and the virtues of Imam Ali.
