Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalai, Representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, has received Sayyid Isa Al-Kharsan, Secretary-General of the Imam Ali Holy Shrine , to discuss preparations for commemorating the millennium of the Hawza of Najaf Al-Ashraf.
The meeting explored the formation of a joint coordination committee comprising representatives from the Holy Shrines, aiming to unify visions and organize activities and events associated with the project.
Discussions also touched upon future prospects for the initiative and ways to consolidate the efforts of the Holy Shrines while respecting the distinct nature of each shrine's individual programs.
Both sides emphasized the importance of sustained coordination and communication, reflecting the scholarly and historical stature of the Hawza of Najaf Al-Ashraf.
