The Ruwwad Foundation for Development and Media, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has announced the launch of its fifth cultural season dedicated to students of religious sciences, as part of its ongoing efforts to prepare a well-informed preacher capable of addressing contemporary preaching and cultural challenges.
Director of the Media Unit at the foundation, Saad Fakhri Al-Din, said in a statement to the official website that “the Ruwwad Foundation for Development and Media in Najaf, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, announces the launch of its fifth cultural season dedicated to students of religious sciences, as part of its continued efforts to prepare an aware preacher capable of keeping pace with contemporary preaching and cultural challenges.”
He explained that “the opening of this session comes after a development journey that lasted for more than two years, culminating in the completion of (4) previous sessions that covered various fields of knowledge and sciences.”
He added that “the opening ceremony included a comprehensive presentation introducing the curriculum of the fifth session, its main themes, and the adopted working mechanisms, in addition to clarifying the evaluation criteria applied to participating preachers and speakers in the project.”
This cultural season comes as a continuation of previous seasons, aiming to establish an integrated training pathway focused on developing the preaching capabilities of students of religious sciences and refining their academic and practical skills, contributing to building a more aware and impactful religious discourse capable of addressing the needs of society.
