He explained that “the center has become the officially accredited body authorized to establish board programs for doctoral degrees across various specialties, including general surgery, gynecology, and pediatrics, in addition to sub-specialties, in its capacity as a representative of the Arab Board.”
He added that “this year will witness the distribution of doctors across multiple specialties within all institutions and hospitals of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, as well as centers managed by the shrine and the Health Directorate.”
He noted that “the launch of this center represents a pioneering step in supporting the educational and training process and in preparing specialized, highly qualified medical and healthcare staff.”
He continued that “the center will receive postgraduate students from all Iraqi provinces without exception, serving as the primary hub for clinical training, with full adherence to the standards of the Arab Board of Health Specializations and the implementation of precise evaluations through specialized committees and periodic examinations.”
He affirmed that “this achievement marks a qualitative leap in the development of healthcare personnel in Iraq and reflects the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine’s commitment to supporting medical education and enhancing the level of healthcare services provided across its institutions in various provinces.”
