Sayyida Khadija al-Kubra Specialized Women’s Hospital, affiliated with the Health and Medical Education Authority at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has announced the start of receiving patients under a special medical initiative marking the birth anniversary of Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his reappearance). The initiative includes wide-ranging discounts across several medical departments and specialties.
The hospital’s director, Dr. Baydaa Ibrahim al-Tamimi, told the official website that “Sayyida Khadija al-Kubra Specialized Women’s Hospital, affiliated with the Health and Medical Education Authority at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, began receiving patients this morning (15 Sha‘ban) as part of the special medical initiative marking the birth anniversary of Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his reappearance).” She explained that “the initiative comes within humanitarian and health programs aimed at supporting patients by providing the best medical services in line with the latest diagnostic and therapeutic standards.”
She clarified that “the initiative includes free consultations at advisory clinics across various medical specialties, in addition to a (50%) discount on medical procedures within consultation clinics, as well as radiological and laboratory examinations.”
Dr. al-Tamimi added that “the initiative also offers a (50%) discount on surgical operations performed by the hospital, along with a similar discount on endoscopic procedures, as part of supporting specialized services provided to women.”
This initiative reflects the values of generosity and healthcare embraced by the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine in delivering the best possible health services to Iraqi citizens, particularly during religious occasions.
