Imam Hussain Shrine delivers urgent humanitarian aid to Syrian refugees in Lebanon

Following the directive of Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalai, representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, the relief mission of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine has launched emergency assistance efforts for displaced Syrian families in Lebanon.

Mohammed Abu Dakkah, head of the delegation, told the official website that “under the guidance of Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalai, the relief mission of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine has begun providing urgent aid to Syrian refugee families in Lebanon.”

He added that “the assistance included electrical appliances, food baskets, and other essential supplies that help support the displaced.”

He emphasized that “these aid efforts are among the blessings of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) and aim to stand by our Syrian brothers and sisters.”

Over the past years, the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine has consistently carried out wide-ranging humanitarian relief programs, including aid campaigns in several countries experiencing crises, particularly communities facing severe hardship.
