Largest mourning banner enters Imam Hussein Shrine

A group of Arba’een pilgrims made a mourning banner, which is considered the largest in Iraq.

The group of pilgrims who brought the banner came from the city of Deyala to the holy city of Kerbela on Tuesday, Oct 31, 2017, to commemorate the Arba’een anniversary of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon him).

The group said that many people from Iraqi cities as well as from governmental foundations participated in sewing the banner.
