The Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, Sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Karbala'i met a delegation team of Religious scholars from the Hawza (Religious Institute) of Lebanon.
El-Karbala'i indicated the significant role of the Hawza and the great responsibilities that lie on the shoulders of every Religious scholar; in terms of politics, culture, and every aspect of life in this matter.
In addition, Religious scholars are descendants of the Prophets and for this reason they must follow in their footsteps through supporting the poor, widows, orphans, and find solutions for the differences among Muslims.
Nonetheless, Sheikh Fadhil Abbas, head of the delegate team commended the Holy Shrine for its incredible manner in welcoming the pilgrims of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him). Abbas indicated that the Hawza of Lebanon fully supports Grand Ayatullah Ali El-Sistani's ruling against terrorism.
