How many meals were provided to the pilgrims in 2022?

The Host-house Department at the Holy Shrine announced the statistics of meal numbers provided to Pilgrims (for Tabarruk) during the 2022.

The deputy head of the department, Muhammad Ibrahim Hassan, said in a statement, "The Shrine's guest-house has provided over (5,350,000) meals to the Pilgrims during the Arbaeen Pilgrimage of Imam Al-Hussain (As)."

He added, " We provided over (790,000) meals during Muharram, while during other blessed occasions such as (Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Arafah Pilgrimage) over (400,000) meals, while other months were over (350,000) meals per month.
