In the presence of the representative of the supreme religious authority and the Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein shrine, Mr. Hassan Rasheed Al-Abaychi, the Women’s Media center at the Holy Shrine, honored the distinguished female students of the Iraqi universities, on 23, July 2022, at (Khatam Alanbiya Hall) in the Holy Shrine.
Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi al-Karbalai said during his speech at the ceremony, "The goal of such competitions is not just to obtain prizes, but there is a greater and deeper goal than that, which lies in the fact that building a person who can make a successful life for himself, depends on two basic things, which are science and education. And we all know the importance of science, including religious sciences and specialized academic sciences, and as stated in the hadiths "science is the origin of all good"
He continued, "in our administration in the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine we try to cooperate with the Iraqi universities to spread this culture, to obtain the highest ranks through the educational and scientific aspect"
In addition, "The most important thing in the field of cooperation with other universities is to highlight the ideal, distinguished students, and to give them all the support they need"
he added, "What is required to be an ideal student?
The answer is that the girl who reached intellectual and cultural maturity, who has good conduct, and good morals.
because someday, she will be the foundation of the family, and that foundation must be good, and we all hope that this generation of female students will provide the greatest service, to Iraq and the Iraqi people"
