In the presence of the Secretary-General of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, Mr. Hassan Rashid Jawad Al-Abaichi, a cooperation agreement was signed with Rasheed Bank and Qi Card company to provide financial facilities for patients and visitors of its health institutions, contributing to alleviating the burdens on citizens.
The General Supervisor of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine Hospitals, Dr. Sabah Al-Musawi, stated in an interview with the (Official Website) that "this initiative came with the support of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalai, and the Secretary-General of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, Mr. Hassan Rashid Jawad Al-Abaichi, with the aim of supporting patients and visitors and considering the financial circumstances faced by citizens, especially those with limited income."
He explained that "the agreement allows patients to undergo medical surgeries in installments through flexible monthly payments, without any increase, addition, interest, rates, or profits on surgery prices," noting that "surgeries will be performed according to currently approved prices, alongside providing facilities in the payment mechanism."
He added that "the installment procedures will be simplified and smooth, so as not to burden citizens," stressing that "the goal of the initiative is to ease the financial burden on patients and enable them to receive healthcare services at the lowest possible cost."
The agreement was signed in the presence of Mr. Hassan Rashid Jawad Al-Abaichi and relevant authorities, as part of efforts aimed at supporting patients and visitors while enhancing the facilities provided to them at healthcare institutions affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine.
