The Representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalaei, affirmed that life is founded upon divine trials and that nations endure by remaining steadfast in their principles and following the path that pleases Almighty Allah. He made the remarks while receiving the delegations participating in the Al-Aqsa Call International Conference.
The Representative of the Supreme Religious Authority said, "The Imam Hussain Holy Shrine is committed to holding this conference annually out of its belief that the Palestinian cause cannot withstand tyranny, oppression, injustice, and arrogance except through the path of Imam Hussain (PBUH)," noting that "this is the path through which Almighty Allah has kept its fervor alive in the hearts of believers forever."
He explained that "this fervor refers to faith in principles and the firm conviction that the oppressed will ultimately prevail, no matter how long the conflict lasts or how great the sacrifices become. Regardless of the killing, hardships, and trials endured by the oppressed people, the inevitable outcome, sooner or later, will be in favor of the just cause and the oppressed who remain steadfast in defending their rights."
He added that "life is founded upon divine trials and that nations endure by adhering to their principles and following the path that pleases Almighty Allah."
It is worth noting that the Fifth Al-Aqsa Call International Conference, organized by the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, brought together participants from (32) Arab and foreign countries, underscoring the conference's international presence, its support for the Palestinian cause, and its commitment to promoting the values of justice and steadfastness inspired by the path of Imam Hussain (PBUH).
