The Engineering and Technical Projects Department of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine has announced the continuation of construction work on the Ataa Al-Warith Schools Project in Babylon Governorate, as part of its efforts to support the education sector and provide an integrated learning environment.
In a statement obtained by the official website, the department said that “the Engineering and Technical Projects Department of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine continues the implementation of construction works on the Ataa Al-Warith Schools Project in Babylon Governorate, as part of its plans to support the education sector and provide a comprehensive educational environment that contributes to preparing and qualifying future generations academically and intellectually.”
The statement explained that “the project is being implemented in accordance with the latest engineering specifications and educational standards, contributing to the creation of an integrated learning environment that supports the educational process and meets the needs of students.”
It added that “the project is being constructed on a total area of (5742.3) m² and includes (2) schools, a kindergarten, a multi-purpose hall, and an administrative building.”
The department emphasized that “work is continuing according to the approved plans and timelines, under the supervision of specialized engineering and technical teams, to ensure the project is completed according to the required specifications and achieves its intended educational and service objectives.”
The Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, through the implementation of the directives of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalaei, places significant emphasis on supporting the education sector through strategic projects in various governorates, with the aim of developing educational infrastructure and providing integrated learning environments that serve society and help build future generations.
