The Development Department at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine has announced the launch of this year’s edition of the “Distinguished Administrator” program, one of its annual training series designed to prepare and qualify leadership professionals within the shrine.
Mohammed Al-Kinani, head of the department, stated: “This program is an extension of previous initiatives implemented by the shrine over past years, which have contributed to refining the skills of staff members and preparing them for future responsibilities across various departments. The strong support the program receives from the General Secretariat represents a vital asset in strengthening employees’ professional and administrative capabilities.”
He added: “The current edition, the seventh in a row, will commence at the beginning of September after completing all nominations, interviews, and final approvals of participants’ names.” He further explained that “the program will last around 100 training days, and will include a series of specialized courses and workshops in management, leadership, and human development.”
