Imam Hussain Shrine starts a free campaign for breast cancer examinations despite its high costs

The Warth International Foundation for Oncology, affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, continues its free genetic campaign for breast cancer detection (for free)

In an interview with our reporter, the foundation's director Hamza Al-Aabdi said that "under the direct guidance of the representative of the supreme religious authority, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalai, the specialized staff continues the (BRCA) testing, which is known by the genetic examination.." 

He added, "The campaign began (10) days ago and will be available until the end of this month, and these tests cost a lot because they provide an early detection of cancer."

He added that the registration process was initiated via online forms and that over (850) forms were received and checked by specialists.
