The engineerin staff of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has taken the initiative to help the people of El-Chayer area in the holy city of Kerbela, by burying a ditch and paving it. This ditch has been there for years, causing the people around health issues because it is dirty, and loss of lives because vehicles fall into it.
