Abdul-Wehab Es-Sa'edi, general in the anti-terrorism system of the Iraqi army, accompanied by a group of his officers, has visited Imam Hussein and the El-Abbas Holy Shrines.
Es-Sa'edi said that he made a pilgrimage in regognition of God's providence and Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him) without whose principles victory would not be achieved.
He added that it has been determined to liberate Tal'Efer, preferring not to mention the exact time of liberation.
He then mentioned that the Popular Mobilization Forces had the most difficult parts of liberating the city of Mosul, emphasizing their significant role in the whole war on ISIS.
