Orthodox Armenian Christian Archbishop: ISIS can't separate Iraqis

The Orthodox Armenian archbishop in Iraq Kiburk Arshikan said that ISIS could never reach their goals by separating Iraqi people. He said that in the First International Media Conference held by the imam Hussein Holy Shrine. The conference carried the title, “Fragments of the life of the Prophet Mohammed (Allah’s Blessings and Peace Be Upon Him and His Pure Family) for a world full of security and peace,” where many remarkable figures and scholars of different religions and denominations from inside and outside Iraq attended.

Iraq has known the countries that attempt to separate the Christians, the Muslims, and other religious denominations, said further Arshikan.

He also mentioned that the conference was for instilling peace, security, and love in all the religions and denominations in Iraq.

He added that it was an honor for him to be in the Holy City of Kerbela, he considered his entering Kerbela as being reborn.
