German family visits Imam Ali Shrine for the first time

A German family – accompanied by an Iraqi expatriate – has visited Imam Ali Shrine for the first time.

The Iraqi expatriate Radhi Abbas said he talked to his neighbor about the Imams (Peace Be Upon Them) in general and Imam Ali (Peace Be Upon Him) in particular. His neighbor became interested in finding out more about the Imams (Peace Be Upon Them), and they wanted to come to Iraq with Abbas to visit Imam Ali Shrine.

Manifred – family’s father – said, “Media usually portrays things differently, and it has aggravated the situation of Iraq; this is what we have heard, but we have come to Iraq and seen the contrary; everything is peaceful, especially at Imam Ali Shrine where we enjoyed the hospitality of the employees and their warm welcome.”
