The Engineering and Technical Projects Department at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine has announced the achievement of advanced completion rates in the Shajarat Tooba School project, affiliated with Diwan al-Waqf al-Shi'i in the Al-Hur district of Karbala Governorate, as part of its projects aimed at supporting the educational sector and providing a modern learning environment for students.
The department stated in a release obtained by the (Official Website) that "the personnel of the Engineering and Technical Projects Department are continuing their work on the implementation of the Shajarat Tooba School project, affiliated with the Diwan al-Waqf al-Shi'i in the Al-Hur district of Karbala Governorate—spanning an area of approximately 2,700 m²—in accordance with approved engineering specifications and standards, and in a manner that meets the requirements of the educational process," noting that "the overall completion rate of the project has reached 90%."
It added that "the project comprises 17 classrooms, in addition to 4 administrative rooms, along with a number of facilities and services designed to suit the needs of the students and the teaching and administrative staff."
It explained that "the completion of the project comes as part of the efforts of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, through its Engineering and Technical Projects Department, to execute school building initiatives and support educational institutions, thereby contributing to elevating educational standards and providing a suitable learning environment for the area's youth."
It pointed out that "the project is scheduled to enter service soon, contributing to the provision of a new educational space that will accommodate students and support the educational process in Al-Hur district."
The execution of this project falls under the directives of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine to support the educational sector and contribute to implementing service and development projects that benefit the people of Karbala Governorate and its surrounding regions.
