For the First Time, the National Center for Clinical Training at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine Launches the "Medical Leadership" Program with International and Local Trainers

The center stated in a press release obtained by the Official Website that "the launch of the program comes as part of the General Secretariat of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine’s focus on developing medical and administrative personnel, and elevating leadership performance across its health institutions through specialized training initiatives grounded in modern practices and expertise in medical management and leadership."

It added that "the program targets hospital directors, management teams, and front-line leaders to enhance their leadership and administrative skills, bolstering their ability to address challenges facing health institutions, which positively reflects on the quality of medical and administrative services provided to patients and visitors."

It explained that "the program features a selection of international and local trainers to leverage their expertise and insights in health management and leadership, delivering specialized training content tailored to the nature of work within medical institutions."

It pointed out that "launching the 'Medical Leadership' program for the first time represents a new milestone in the National Center for Clinical Training’s efforts aimed at building the capacity of healthcare workers and developing their skills, thereby contributing to institutional efficiency and performance quality."
