Volunteer female medical practitioners offer pilgrims medical assistance

Due to the need of pilgrims to medical assistance during the grand pilgrimages to Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him), the Human Resources of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has increased the number of female medical practitioners to assist women pilgrims.

Khulood El-Beyati, head of the team of female medical practitioners, said that all the practitioners are volunteers, they are from different Iraqi cities; they come to take part in offering medical assistance during pilgrimage seasons.

The number of the female medical team has been increasing. We have achieved an outstanding success by offering those pilgrims medical assistance and psyching them up, added El-Beyati.
