The Shia Muslim Supreme Religious Authority has commended the Popular Mobilization Forces for their victories over ISIS, telling them that they are the supporters of God, the Prophet and Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Them).
The commendation has been sent to the paramilitaries by sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbela’e who also said to them, on the radio: “You are our honor, and with your efforts, O heroes, our land will be liberated. We are praying for your victory day and night, asking the Almighty God to grant you His omnipotent victory.”
You have brightened history's pages and protected Iraq and the sacrosanct; you are typically the role models for others. Congratulations to you on such bravery, may God recompense you for it with the fullest recompense, may God gather your martyrs with Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him) in Paradise, and may you return home with the ultimate victory, added El-Kerbela’e.
