Paramilitary officials of Et-Tufoof Brigade of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine presided by Qasim Muslih, commander of the brigade, visited churches and other places for worshiping Allah that were recently liberated from ISIS, in El-Hemdanya district – South-East Mosul city.
The visit to El-Hemdanya district coincided with the birthday of the prophet Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him). the troops visited the churches after ISIS had burned them and all other places for worshiping such as the sanctuary of Imam Zainul-Abedeen (Peace Be Upon Him).
Muslih said that ISIS used one of the churches as a place for their training, according to what appeared in the church.
During the visit, the brigade provided the people in the district with humanitarian aid, according to the directives of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority.
