After defeat, ISIS resorts to using car bombs

 

After defeat and losing control over many areas in Mosul city, ISIS has resorted to using car bombs, on the southern side of Mosul, said Ali El-Hemedani, Commander of Ali El-Akber paramilitary brigade. He also said that the brigade destroyed over 20 car bombs, that had been ready to target the brigade, and eliminated many ISIS militants.

Side by side with the Iraqi forces, Ali El-Akber paramilitary brigade liberated many areas of Mosul, such as Hujairet El-Alya; Hujairet Es-Sufla; Butah; Hezeemet Esh-Sherqeh; Tel-Ebteh; Yaseen El-Helboos; Es-Salih Village; Zaid El-Me'eeb; Eshwah; and Humood Abdul-Azeez, reported Nehnul-Kheber News Agency.

The battles are underway in other parts of Mosul, and victory may be declared soon for the Iraqi forces and paramilitary forces have recently launched a comprehensive attack on the rest of the ISIS-occupied areas.
