Paramilitaries find American-made ammunition thrown to ISIS by coalition forces

Paramilitaries of Ali El-Akber Brigade found empty cans of ammunition, and grenades type K4, in addition to some other empty cans of food and parachutes. Mereem, assistant commander of the brigade, thought that those ammunition and food were thrown to the ISIS by the coalition forces, especially the American Air Force, because that certain area can only be covered by the coalition air forces.
