The Sunni Muslim nobility of El-Anbar city and Salah Al-Din City have visited the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine and met up with officials there.
During the visit, they said that ISIS was eliminated and expelled from their cities with the tremendous efforts of the popular mobilization forces and the Iraqi forces.
They also considered the verdict of taking up arms against ISIS – issued by the Shia Muslim Supreme Religious Authority – as a key element to re-unite the Iraqi people, where Sunni Muslims stood by Shia Muslims, fought together against ISIS, and even their blood mixed in order to liberate Iraqi cities.
