The Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, Sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbala'i met with the Iraqi House of Parliament President, Seleem El-Juburi to discuss the security condition of the country.
His Eminence stated that the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority advises government officials to unite and overlook the political as well as religious difference in order defeat the threats surrounding Iraq.
In addition, the government must prioritize the benefit of the Iraqi citizens and serve their best interest for the sake of developing the country.
On the other hand, El-Juburi indicated that House of Parliament values the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority for its efforts and role in uniting the Iraqi citizens and support for the war against terrorism.
El-Juburi concluded by commending the efforts of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine for supporting the displaced citizens in every way possible.
