Under the instructions of the Secretary Generals of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine and El-Abbas Holy Shrine, the Pageants and Husseini Rituals Division began early preparations for the month of Muharram. Mazin El-Wezni, Division Head states that pageants (Tekaya) are being setup all around the city of Kerbala, whether inside or outside the security checkpoints.
