Islamabad, Pakistan, a meeting was held in order to prepare for holding the cultural week in Islamabad, Pakistan. The meeting was attended by the the sponsoring entity; the Imam Hussein Holy shrine, Al-Kaother University; the coordinating and host entity, and the El-Abbas Holy Shrine. The meeting was begun with reciting verses of the noble Quran followed by a speech delivered by the representative of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority Sheikh Muhsin En-Nejafi, in which he warmly welcomed the delegation of the Imam Hussein and the EL-Abbas Holy shrines and praised their efforts in terms of disseminating the thoughts of Ahlul-Bayt (PBUT) in such countries, and hoped that it would be the blessed opening for holding more projects. The Deputy Secretary-General of the Imam Husain Holy Shrine Sayed Afdhe Esh-Shami said that the all the required works such as posters, competitions, photos, competitions for children and women, and books, in addition to holding cultural evening sessions and evening sessions for Quran recitation. He also expected a large number of people from different social classes would visit the cultural week due to their profound faithfulness towards Ahlul-Bayt (Peace Be Upon Them).
