The Imam Hussein and the El-Abbas Holy Shrines have finished all the preparations for holding the Eighth International Cultural Festival of the Islamic Message Spring.Mr. Ali Kadhum Sultan –a member of the preparatory committee said – on the occasion of the blessed birthday of the Prophet Mohammed (Peace & Allah's blessings be upon him & his pure lineage) and his grandson Imam Ja'fer Es-Sadiq (PBUH), the Secretariats-General of the Imam Hussein and the El-Abbas Holy Shrines finished the preparations for holding the Eighth International Cultural Festival of the Islamic Message Spring which is determined to be held on the 17th January 2014.He added that the festival would be attended by clerics, researchers, and academicians from inside and outside Iraq.
