Es-Sefeer Hospital Performs Stomach Diminishing Surgery

Es-Sefeer Hospital of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine performed a stomach diminishing surgery which is considered very unique due to the means and performed surgically. Dc. Sebah El-Husseini – a surgeon at the hospital said that they began to perform a stomach diminishing surgeries in terms of avoiding those whom are exposed to obesity. He also said that the surgery would take one to two and a half hours. He then mentioned that the surgeons perform the surgery are all Iraqis, and all the expenses are paid by the Secretariat-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine. It has been mentioned that the surgical system followed at the hospital is the "OR1" which is adopted by other hospitals.
