On the occasion of the blessed birthday of the Awaited Imam El-Mehdi (May Allah hasten his reappearance), the Dining Hall of the Imam Hussein holy shrine has been feeding 19000 pilgrims every single day of the current pilgrimage.Sayed Adnan El-Neqeeb, the head of the outdoor food distribution stated that they had begun distributing food ten days before, and approximately 500 000 dollars had been specified for supplying food for the pilgrims. All the necessary equipment and stuff for such an initiative have been prepared to have such an honor serving the pilgrims of Imam Hussein and El-Abbas (peace be upon them) who came to commemorate and celebrate the blessed birthday of the Awaited Imam El-Mehdi (May Allah hasten his reappearance).
