Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has held Ashura First Annual Conference entitled (Ashura Conference) in Istanbul - Turkey. The conference included scientific-religious researches and studies.
One of the activities of the conference was holding an exhibition representing all the holy shrines in Iraq such as the holy shrine of (EL-Alawiya, EL-Hussein, EL-Kathum and EL-Abaas).
The exhibition was considered one of the most important activities of Ashura Conference. It included pictures, magazines, and books in English, Arabic and Turkish, which showed Ashura month and the fierce battle took place.
Many presents were given to the audience and some figures assisted in succeeding the exhibition.
