To Enhance Leadership Skills: Al-Warith Academy of Imam Hussain Holy Shrine Launches 4th Fatimiyya Women’s Forum in Karbala

Al-Warith Academy for Sustainable Development and Strategic Studies, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, launched the activities of the 4th Fatimiyya Women's Forum for Strategic Leadership at Sibtain University for Medical Sciences, aiming to develop leadership skills and strategic thinking among women while enhancing their capabilities across various fields.

Head of the Academy, Eng. Aqeel Kazim Al-Sharifi, stated in an interview with the Official Website that "the forum represents a dialogue and knowledge platform bringing together female participants from multiple sectors to strengthen intellectual development and empower women in leadership," noting that "the Academy's commitment to holding these programs stems from the vision of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine in human development, and its belief in the pivotal role of women and mothers in guiding the family and society."

He explained that "the forum spans 6 days and targets women under the age of 45 holding a diploma or higher," pointing out that "the in-person program includes specialized courses in self-management, career path engineering, personal branding, communication, and decision-making."

He added that "the forum also encompasses online seminars addressing leadership and intellectual models, including situational management by Lady Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her), the economics of the Divine Message by Lady Khadija Al-Kubra (peace be upon her), and political leadership and conflict management by Imam Al-Hassan (peace be upon him), alongside themes related to social reform, identity building, and creating impact."

Holding this forum falls within the programs of Al-Warith Academy aimed at advancing women's capabilities and cultivating their leadership and intellectual skills, thereby enhancing their presence and role in building the family, society, and institutional development.
