Warith Academy for Sustainable Development and Strategic Studies, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has launched the "Educational Leadership" program dedicated to the teaching staff across the group of orphan schools run by the Imam Al-Rida (peace be upon him) Charitable Foundation, with the participation of more than 35 male and female teachers.
The Director of the Academy, Engineer Aqeel Al-Sharifi, stated in an interview with the Official Website that "Warith Academy for Sustainable Development and Strategic Studies, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, launched the 'Educational Leadership' program dedicated to the teaching staff in the group of orphan schools belonging to the Imam Al-Rida (peace be upon him) Charitable Foundation, with the participation of more than 35 male and female teachers."
He explained that "the Educational Leadership program aims to develop the teaching and educational skills of the participating staff and raise the level of educational performance in orphan schools by providing a set of specialized modules in the educational and instructional fields."
He added that "the activities of the program, hosted at the Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) Pilgrim City, will run for five days and encompass five core modules: classroom management, modern teaching methods, educational planning, educational motivation, and strategies for setting exam questions, thereby contributing to enhancing the professional capabilities of the participants and developing their tools for interacting with students."
He continued by noting that "the program falls within the Academy's orientation toward supporting and developing educational and teaching personnel, as well as providing specialized training programs that contribute to building a more effective learning environment, particularly in educational institutions that serve orphans."
