Offering a 50% Discount: Imam Hussain Medical Complex Launches Discount Initiative on the Anniversary of the Martyrdom of the Noble Prophet

The Imam Hussain Specialized Medical Complex, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has announced a discount initiative for Wednesday (28 Safar / August 12), covering a range of medical services and examinations in observance of the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Noble Prophet and as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare and serve the community.

The Director of the Specialized Medical Complex, Dr. Alaa Abdul-Rahman Habib Al-Janabi, stated in an interview with the official website that "the complex, under the sponsorship of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalai, announced the launch of a discount initiative on Wednesday (28 Safar / August 12), which covers a number of medical services and examinations." He noted that "the initiative includes a 50% discount, coinciding with the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Noble Prophet (PBUH)."

He explained that the initiative features discounts on examinations and services in the ophthalmology, internal medicine, ultrasound, general surgery, gynecology, and nursing clinics, as well as vision testing. In addition, special discounts will apply to sales in the optical department, pharmacy, and laboratory.

This initiative aligns with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine's commitment to commemorating religious occasions—particularly the births and deaths of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)—through service-oriented and humanitarian efforts. These initiatives embody its approach of connecting faith values with community service, reaffirming the continued commitment of its health institutions to providing the best medical services to citizens, thereby contributing to the enhancement of healthcare and supporting various segments of society.
