Al-Naqeeb emphasized that "distribution operations remain ongoing to serve all pilgrims, including international visitors—particularly pilgrims from Afghanistan—and will persist until the end of Safar, adhering to the directives of the Supreme Religious Authority representative and the Secretary-General."

He pointed out that "the 25th of Safar will mark the opening of a distribution center affiliated with the Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) Hospitality Center in Najaf Governorate, coinciding with the commemoration of the passing anniversary of the Noble Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family). The center will provide the three main daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), along with cold water, juices, cakes, fruits, and various food services for pilgrims, as part of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine's plan to continue serving mourners until the conclusion of the major pilgrimage season."
