Mobile Hospital, Ambulances, and Medical Teams Deployed in Najaf for Eid Al-Ghadir Celebrations

Under the direct guidance of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, the Salamatak Center for Healthcare and Home Care, affiliated with the Health and Medical Education Authority of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has announced the deployment of a fully equipped mobile hospital, along with a number of ambulances and specialized medical teams, to provide healthcare services and first aid to visitors of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in Najaf Governorate during the commemoration of Eid Al-Ghadir.

Speaking to the official website, the director of the center, Dr. Mohammed Hamza, said that “under the direct guidance of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalaei, the Salamatak Center for Healthcare and Home Care, affiliated with the Health and Medical Education Authority of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has announced the deployment of a fully equipped mobile hospital and a number of ambulances and specialized medical teams to provide healthcare services and first aid to visitors of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in Najaf Governorate during the commemoration of Eid Al-Ghadir.”

He explained that “the center has established a fully integrated mobile hospital equipped with the latest life-saving medical and healthcare devices, in addition to providing awareness and guidance to visitors to help ensure their safety while performing acts of worship and to avoid the risks associated with sun exposure and high temperatures.”

He added that “the center has allocated emergency ambulances, in close coordination with the Imam Ali Holy Shrine, to transport critical cases requiring referral to specialized hospitals.”

Hamza noted that “medical and treatment services are being delivered according to the highest standards of quality and safety, based on accurate diagnoses conducted by specialist physicians, while providing a comprehensive range of life-saving treatments suitable for all age groups.”

He further stated that “as part of the plan, a number of stretcher teams have been deployed at the Qibla Gate of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) to facilitate movement and provide assistance. In addition, a team of mobile paramedics has been stationed within the holy Haydari Courtyard, carrying fully equipped medical bags to monitor visitors’ vital signs and provide immediate first aid.
