Under the direction of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalaei, Al-Sayyida Khadija Al-Kubra Specialized Hospital for Women, affiliated with the Health and Medical Education Authority of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has launched a special medical initiative marking the anniversary of the passing of Lady Khadija Al-Kubra (peace be upon her), in remembrance of her great humanitarian legacy and in embodiment of the values of compassion and solidarity she represented throughout her life.
In a statement obtained by the official website, the hospital said that “Al-Sayyida Khadija Al-Kubra Specialized Hospital for Women, affiliated with the Health and Medical Education Authority of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has launched a special medical initiative coinciding with the anniversary of the passing of Lady Khadija Al-Kubra (peace be upon her).”
The statement explained that “the initiative comes under the guidance of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalaei, and under the supervision of General Supervisor Dr. Sabah Al-Mousawi, and aims to provide humanitarian medical services that help ease the burden on female patients.”
The statement further clarified that “the discount covers general surgery, ear, nose, and throat surgery, urological surgery, fracture surgery, eye surgery, as well as cesarean and natural deliveries, while cosmetic procedures are excluded from the initiative.”
The hospital called on those wishing to benefit from the initiative to book in advance and contact the number (5055), affirming that “this step is part of a series of humanitarian and health programs implemented by the medical institutions affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, aimed at delivering quality healthcare and strengthening the principle of community service.”
