Dr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, President of Warith Al-Anbiya University (peace be upon him), affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has signed a scientific cooperation agreement with the Arab Union for Digital Empowerment in the State of Libya, represented by its president, Dr. Abbas Al-Jubouri.
Hussein Hamed Al-Mousawi, Director of the Media and Government Communications Department at the university, stated that “Dr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, President of Warith Al-Anbiya University, signed a scientific cooperation agreement with the Arab Union for Digital Empowerment in Libya, represented by its president, Dr. Abbas Al-Jubouri.”
He explained that “the agreement aims to advance academic and scientific work in the fields of digital transformation, including cooperation in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data security. It also provides for joint training programs in scientific, academic, and health sectors, among others, to prepare qualified professionals in line with the latest international systems.”
He added that “the agreement also includes organizing specialized workshops and developing practical plans to enhance digital skills, thereby strengthening the university’s academic standing and supporting its efforts to build connections with Arab and international institutions.”
This agreement is part of Warith Al-Anbiya University’s broader efforts to bolster its academic reputation regionally and globally, while developing the capacities of its staff in digital transformation and modern technologies, ultimately preparing a generation of specialized academics capable of keeping pace with global scientific and technological advancements.
