The Shrine holds social activities for youths in Several Iraqi cities.

A delegation from the Department of Development and Social Rehabilitation of Youth at the Shrine visited Nineveh Governorate, northern Iraq, which aims to activate scouting activities in the City, take care of youth, and inaugurate a branch for the Warith centre.

Safaa Al-Bahedh, the official of the Al-Warith Scouts Division, said in an interview, "Under the guidance of the representative of the supreme religious authority, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalai, his eminence pointed to the necessity of Youths in the Society and directed to hold social activities and various programs."

It is stated that the Warith Scout Association has (4) branches in Baghdad, Babylon, Dhi Qar, and Holy Karbala.
