Imam Hussain Shrine provided medical services for over (11,000) patients from all over the country

The Imam Hussain Holy Shrine announced the statistics for the services it provided within the initiative (Ata'a AhluAlKisaa), which lasted for three days, and coincided with the commemoration of (the day of Mubahala), at Sheikh Ahmed Al-Waeli Educational Medical Foundation, which includes the Lady Khadija Al-Kubra Hospital for women conditions (As), and Al-Mujtaba Hospital (As) for hematology and bone marrow transplantation.

The statement of the Health and Medical Education administration affiliated with the Imam Hussain Shrine, the official website obtained a copy which stated that "593 from the medical staff", participated in the all expenses paid initiative of ( Ata'a AhluAlKisaa), which was launched for three days at Sheikh Ahmed Al-Waeli Educational Medical Foundation. 

The statement said that "The total cost of treatment paid by the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, including all kinds of services, amounted to (835.000.000) IQD, and the foundation witnessed the conduct of (287) various kinds of surgeries"

Mentioning that "The initiative provided its services to (11.245) patients, including (10,196) for the Khadija Al-Kubra (As) Hospital for Women, while Al-Mujtaba Hospital (As) for hematology and bone marrow transplantation received (1,076)"

It is stated that the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, and through the directives of the representative of the supreme religious authority, Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalai has provided many free medical services to Iraqis, from all over the country.
