New projects for Karbala’s holy shrines approved by the President of the Shia Endowment Bureau

The President of the Shia Endowment Bureau Sayed Alaa al-Moussawi discussed with the Chief Clerics of Karbala’s two holy shrines a number of issues and topics related to current works, projects, preparations and contributions that can be strengthened to achieve more effective accomplishments at various levels as well as overcoming all obstacles in the way.  

This came after the President sent an iftar invitation to Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi al-Karbalaey and Sayed Ahmed al-Safi last Friday (17/5/2019).

During the meeting, al-Moussawi praised the efforts of the holy shrines in Karbala for achieving a qualitative transition in the field of achievement and implementation for the public interest. He stressed that the Bureau continues its support for the implementation of new and large projects aimed at serving the holy shrines and its pilgrims.

Likewise, Sayed al-Safi and Sheikh al-Karbalaey expressed their appreciation to Sayed al-Moussawi for the efforts, facilities and support provided by the Shia Endowment Bureau in enhancing and reinforcing the balance of national and community achievements in vital issues.
