Khairat Es-Sebtain Company of Imam Hussein Shrine has signed a contract with Alam Ed-Deraya Company for Development to erect a hotel and a mall in the middle of the holy city of Kerbela.
Such an initiative is going to reinforce the economy of the city.
Fewzi Shaher, company director, said that the hotel will consist of 14 floors, and the mall will consist of 4 floors. He added that the total area of the project is 5000 square meters: the building area will be 3500 square meters, and the rest of the area will be a parking lot and utility rooms.
