Popular Mobilization Forces strike ISIS locations, eliminate tens of militants

 

The artillery of Ali El-Akber Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces has begun attacking ISIS locations in Tal Afar, Northern Iraq.

 

This attack has begun since the Prime Minister of Iraq officially declared the zero hour to attack ISIS and recapture Tal Afar. The brigade is supporting the Iraqi army, and for this final battle, it has developed two types of rockets where they have hit some ISIS locations and eliminated a number of their militants.

 

Tal Afar is 70 km to the west of Mosul, close to the Iraqi-Syrian border, and there are 200,000 people live in it.
