Within the plans set for facilitating the traffic of pilgrims of the coming pilgrimage: the blessed birth anniversary of the Awaited Imam Mohammed El-Mehdi (May God Hasten His Reappearance), Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, in addition to the Ministry of Transportation and the general corporation of transportation, has allocated vehicles to transport pilgrims from certain points to the Holy City of Kerbela’.
The transporting process will start on Wednesday 10 May 2017, and will last until the pilgrimage is completely done.
Transporting pilgrims is one of the free services offered to the pilgrims. Imam Hussein Holy Shrine constantly works on bettering such services to ensure pilgrims’ convenience during their pilgrimages.
