A great number of mourners commemorated the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa El-Kadhim (Peace Be Upon Him) in the holy city of Kerbela.
The mourners entered the El-Abbas Holy Shrine then the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, carrying a symbolic coffin with a pair of shackles on it, showing that Imam El-Kadhim (Peace Be Upon Him) had been imprisoned for 35 years.
Imam El-Kadhim, son of Imam Es-Sadiq, (Peace Be Upon Them) is the seventh Imam of Ahlul-Bayet (Peace Be Upon Them). He was poisoned by the Abbasside ruler Harun Er-Reshid.
